Chris Brown, Owner and Founder of Brown Athletics Consulting has served as a compliance consultant for NCAA conference leaders since 2013. His counsel has been instrumental in providing rules interpretation and recommendations to numerous NCAA Division II and III schools. Chris has earned a national reputation in the field, which resulted in several consulting positions with the Great Northeast Athletic Conference and the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
His educational background includes a Master of Science in Health and Human Performance and a Master of Arts in Communication. Since 2018, Chris has been completing his Ph.D. in Sport Management at the University of Kansas. His credentials include instructing three university courses and he recently developed the curriculum and currently teaches a 500 level course entitled: Issues in Intercollegiate Athletics. In addition, Mr. Brown has delivered numerous national presentations educating Chancellors, Presidents, Athletic Directors, and Coaches on compliance, rules violations, and proper conduct to avoid embarrassing and costly penalties.
